Our primary responsibility is to develop and promote leadership, professionalism and to instill a passion for the game in our players.  Our success is measured in what we teach the players in terms of how to play the game, sportsmanship, fair play and always offering positive reinforcement.

Our primary goal is to make sure our players understand there is more to life than what we accomplish on the basketball court. They also have a civic duty and the ultimate gift any human being can make is giving back to others and expecting nothing in return.

Our vision is to "DEVELOP, EDUCATE and MOTIVATE" each player that joins the Region Elite Family, through individual development techniques, repitition and team building.  Each player will learn how to set short and long term goals that will make you a complete athlete.
