Cancellation Policy

You will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. You will schedule your first appointment online. Your remaining sessions will be booked directly with Coach Michael. Bundle services have a 4-hour cancellation window. Cancelled sessions less than 4 hours before your appointment will count as a used session. Sessions in your bundle never expire.
